The Sheriff Bob McCabe Foundation has funded uniforms for several Norfolk schools over the years where students were not dressed accordingly to school policy. The Foundation has pledged to continue to outfit Norfolk schools students whose familes cannot afford the uniforms.

Camp Reward is designed for the kids in our community “who get it”. The Foundation would like to show our appreciation by rewarding students for generally being an outstanding young person in today’s society despite social and economic pressures.

Each year The Sheriff Bob McCabe Foundation awards five scholarships to worthy Norfolk Public High School students. The program is limited to Norfolk students attending Virginia colleges and universities with a GPA of 2.0 and above. Each high school selects at least three (no more than five) applications to submit for consideration.
